What do I need to get started?
Share your car plate number, name and mobile number. Include your current mileage if you know it, or share it with our team later.
Do you assess all makes and models?
Yes. We welcome all makes and models for assessment. Our purchase offer will depend on your car’s details, condition and our purchase criteria.
Do I need to drive to your showroom?
We can arrange a doorstep viewing at an agreed time and location. Our team will confirm the appointment details and any applicable viewing charges before booking.
Can I get an offer if I’m already speaking with another buyer?
Yes. Get a Car Choice offer before you decide. Compare the confirmed purchase price, any deductions and the payment arrangements so you know what each offer means for you.
Can I sell my car with an outstanding loan?
Yes. Our team can assist with bank or loan settlement as part of the sale. We’ll explain the lender’s settlement amount, any associated charges and the amount you’ll receive before proceeding.
What if my outstanding loan is higher than the purchase offer?
There may be a shortfall for you to settle. We’ll show you the purchase price, lender settlement and applicable charges so you understand the amount involved before agreeing to sell.
Will there be any fees or deductions?
Your valuation is free, and Car Choice charges no admin fee for selling your car to us. If any loan-settlement charges, third-party costs or optional-service fees apply, we’ll explain them before you agree to sell. Your written offer will show the agreed deductions and the amount you’ll receive.
Can I trade in my car?

Can I keep my registration number?
